"Al-A-Carte" pricing starts at $300 for first 3 hours and $100 per hour after for general event coverage.
In this new digital age, business imagery is a vital piece to establishing and maintaining a public persona and reputation. Event coverage usually includes “party pics” of guests, award ceremony coverage, podium speakers, event setup, logos and displays. Images are typically provided on disk and/or online service such as Dropbox.
We can provide instant prints at your event and/or can rush high-resolution files for use with social media and/ or slide shows –sometimes even within the same day. We are happy discuss photography requirements with your company’s graphic design, public relations, marketing, and communication departments to make sure we deliver product with the style and format you desire.
With most of your company in one place, corporate events are the perfect time to up date company wide headshots. We can set up a “mobile studio” at your event and shoot headshots of all your employees with one consistent look. Furthermore, we can also recreate that same look at our studio for make-ups and/or new hires.

General Event Coverage

Are you throwing a party? Having a family reunion, birthday party, community day or religious event? We can cover that. Event coverage usually includes “party pics” of guests, décor and decorations and any speeches or toasts. Add a photo corner/photo booth to your Event

We can offer a “photo corner.” What is a photo corner? Basically we set up a backdrop or use a corner of your event where we set up a professional studio light and camera to take pictures of your guests. The photos are printed onsite in less than 30sec. Our photo corners are manned for the entire time of use and you receive a digital copy of all pictures. The printed pictures are perfect for souvenirs while the digital pictures are great for social media like Facebook. This service is available for $200 per hour including unlimited 4x6 prints with a 3-hour minimum.

Bat/Bar Mitzvah and Quinceanera Photography

The coming of age celebration is an important part of growing up. What better way to remember this momentous occasion than with great photos. Coverage can include religions ceremonies, formal portraits and the reception/party. All images are delivered in high-resolution with full printing rights. Coming of ages event coverage starts at $150 per hour. Add a photo booth at a discount with 3 hours or more. We are ready to book. What now?

We are happy to talk to you about your event via telephone, email or in person. Once we have discussed your event, we will customize a package to meet your requirements. The date will be secured with an invoice or contract.

When do we get to see our pics?

We strive to have images up on our website within 1 to 2 weeks after your photography date. Rush processing available at an additional charge.

What equipment do you use and do you have backup equipment and photographers?

We use only the highest quality Canon equipment and bring extra lenses, cameras, and flashes to your event. Furthermore, we are in contact with a large community of professional photographers and if an emergency arises we will do our best to connect you with a qualified photographer who will shoot your event at the same standards and price.
